Creating Standard Operations

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Admin tab.
  2. Click Setup > Process > Standard Operation.
    Result: The Standard Operation window is displayed.
  3. From the top menu, click Action > Add.
    Result: The Standard Operation entry window is displayed.

  1. Enter the code for and name of the new standard operation.
  2. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new standard operation has been added and the Detail of the standard operation is displayed.

NOTE: See the Designer Tools Help System for information about modifying existing standard operation field controls or adding additional field controls.
