From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Admin tab.
Click Setup > Process > Standard Operation. Result: The Standard Operation window is displayed.
From the top menu, click Action > Add. Result: The Standard Operation entry window is displayed.
Enter the code for and name of the new standard operation.
Click the Save button. Result: The new standard operation has been added and the Detail of the standard operation is displayed.
